Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized an informative session on “Seminar on Global Opportunities through TOEFL, IELTS, PTE” on 20 August 2026 through the GJIMT Career Guidance & Development Cell.
The session aimed to orient students about the global opportunities associated with TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE, particularly for higher education, international migration, and self-assessment of English language proficiency. Students were guided about the examination structure, patterns, scoring systems, and the required scores or bands for various opportunities.
The session also highlighted prominent international destinations where these examinations are widely recognized and discussed possible career and education pathways available to students. A brief FAQ-based interactive session was conducted, enabling students to clarify their queries and gain greater clarity regarding international language proficiency examinations.
The programme provided valuable guidance to students aspiring to pursue higher education and career opportunities abroad and encouraged them to explore global academic and professional pathways.
The session witnessed active participation from students and faculty members, who engaged enthusiastically in the discussions and interactive session.
