The Skill Development Cell and HR Club of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized an insightful session titled “Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS): The Bhagavad Gita’s Leadership Principles for Corporate Success.”
The session was delivered by Dr.Neeraj Sharma, Dean Academics, GJIMT, who seamlessly connected timeless teachings from the Bhagavad Gita with the dynamics of modern corporate leadership and management. Drawing from real-life scenarios and scriptural wisdom, Dr. Sharma illustrated how the values of clarity, detachment, duty, and resilience from the Gita can shape ethical, decisive, and compassionate leaders in the business world.
The session saw enthusiastic participation from around 75 students of BCA Semester III, who found the session both enlightening and thought-provoking.
