World Youth Skills Day – Exposure Visit to GJIMT’s AI &Cybersecurity Lab for Govt. School Students

On the occasion of World Youth Skills Day, the Rotaract Club of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), Mohali, organized an Exposure Visit to GJIMT’s AI & Cybersecurity Lab for students of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 37, Chandigarh, on 15 July 2026. The initiative aimed to introduce school students to emerging technologies and create awareness about the rapidly growing fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity.

During the visit, the students explored the institute’s advanced AI & Cybersecurity Lab and gained valuable insights into the fundamentals, practical applications, and career opportunities in AI and cybersecurity. Interactive demonstrations showcased the use of modern digital tools, while discussions highlighted the importance of cyber safety, innovation, digital literacy, and technology-driven careers in today’s world.

The exposure visit proved to be highly informative and inspiring, encouraging young learners to develop an interest in future-ready skills and emerging technologies.
