Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology (GJIMT) organized a Workshop on “Enhancing Research Productivity with Mendeley” on 22 May 2026 at the Conference Room, GJIMT Campus. The workshop was conducted exclusively for teaching staff with the objective of enhancing research efficiency and promoting effective academic writing and reference management practices.

The session focused on familiarizing participants with the use of Mendeley as a research and reference management tool. The workshop covered important aspects such as organizing research literature, managing references and citations, generating bibliographies, collaborative research practices, and improving the overall quality of scholarly publications.

The workshop included practical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions that enabled participants to gain a clear understanding of research workflow management and the effective use of digital tools in academic research. The interactive session also encouraged discussion and knowledge sharing among participants regarding research methodologies and publication practices.
