Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology (GJIMT) Career Guidance and Development Cell organized a special Alumni Connect Session on Self-Motivation featuring Ms. Ruby Kaur, MBA Batch 2012–2014. The session focused on self-motivation, life experiences and ethical values, providing students with meaningful insights into personal growth and overcoming challenges.
The interactive session encouraged students to ask questions and engage in discussions on self-motivation, life and ethics. Sharing her personal experiences and real-life struggles, the speaker connected with the students and inspired them to remain positive, resilient and motivated in their academic and personal journeys.
Around 125 students from various programmes actively participated in the session. Faculty members also participated and supported the successful conduct of the event, making it an engaging and enriching learning experience.
The session concluded with valuable reflections and learning from real-life experiences, reinforcing the importance of determination, self-belief and a positive approach towards life.
