GJIMT organized a vibrant cultural potluck event titled “Flavours from Across Borders”, celebrating diversity, unity, and global connections through food.
The event was conducted with the participation of the International Students Club, where students and faculty members came together to share and experience diverse cuisines. African students brought authentic traditional dishes such as Konkonte, Gobe, Fufu, and Akpele, along with popular favourites like kheer and pasta.
The event created a lively and inclusive atmosphere, promoting cultural exchange, mutual respect, and bonding among students from different backgrounds. It beautifully reflected the spirit of “one table, many cultures,” strengthening the sense of global community within the campus.
The initiative proved to be a delightful and meaningful experience, encouraging cultural appreciation and interaction among students.
