Cleanliness Drive by GJIMT NSS under Unnat Bharat Abhiyaan

The NSS Unit of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), Mohali, organized a Cleanliness Drive at adopted Villages under Govt of India’s Unnat Bharat Initiative.on 06 August 2026. The initiative aimed to promote awareness about hygiene and environmental responsibility while encouraging students to actively contribute towards community welfare.

The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from GJIMT NSS volunteers. The volunteers actively contributed to the cleanliness activity and helped spread the message of maintaining clean and hygienic surroundings. The initiative also reinforced the values of civic responsibility, community participation, and environmental consciousness in line with the spirit of the Swachh Bharat Mission.

The cleanliness drive witnessed the active participation of NSS volunteers from BCA 3A, BCA 5A, and BCA 5B, with faculty members also extending their support and facilitating the successful conduct of the activity.
