On the occasion of International Women’s Day, GJIMT organized a Mega Breast Cancer Awareness and General Health Check-up Camp to promote health awareness and encourage preventive healthcare among women. This CSR initiative, done in association with 13 – 13 Sanstha and Mohali 1st Foundation, aimed to remind individuals about the importance of regular health check-ups and early detection of diseases.
A total of 85 health check-ups were conducted during the camp, including 34 breast cancer screenings, helping participants gain awareness about their health status and preventive care measures.
The programme served as a meaningful initiative to spread awareness about women’s health and well-being, encouraging the community to prioritize health through timely screenings and medical consultations.
