Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), in association with Ministry of Education’s Innovation cell, organized a workshop on “Startup Strategies: Developing a Viable Business Plan” to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with essential skills for building sustainable ventures.
The session was conducted by Dr. Monica Bedi, Associate Professor, University Business School, Panjab University, who shared practical insights on startup development and business strategy.
The workshop covered key areas such as market research, value proposition, business plan components, financial planning, and investor pitching. Real-life examples and interactive discussions helped participants understand how to transform ideas into viable business models.
A total of 69 students attended the workshop and actively engaged in discussions, making it a highly enriching and practical learning experience.
