Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized a workshop on “Foundations of Research: An Introductory Workshop on Methodology” to build a strong base in research practices.

The session was conducted by Dr.Tejinderpal Singh, Associate Professor, University Business School, Panjab University, who shared valuable insights on research design, data collection methods, literature review, and research ethics.

The workshop focused on selecting appropriate research designs, understanding tools like surveys and interviews, and ensuring ethical and responsible research practices. The session remained interactive, with students actively engaging in discussions and queries.

A total of 46 students participated and found the workshop informative and useful for their academic research journey.
