The Women Empowerment Committee organized National Women’s Day (Birth Anniversary of Sarojini Naidu) under the theme “Her Story in Leadership.” The programme aimed to celebrate the life, vision, and leadership legacy of Sarojini Naidu and to promote women empowerment and gender equality.
A total of 52 students and 6 faculty members actively participated in the event. The session highlighted her courage, eloquence, and contribution to nation-building, inspiring students to recognize the importance of women’s leadership in society.
Students shared reflections on women’s roles in social, academic, and professional spheres and reaffirmed their commitment towards equality, confidence, and self-reliance. The celebration served as a tribute to resilience, vision, and women-led progress.
