GJIMT successfully organized a 7-Day Professional Readiness Workshop with the objective of enhancing students’ confidence, employability skills, and overall career preparedness. The workshop was coordinated by the Skill Development Cell and witnessed active participation from students and faculty members.
The structured programme covered essential aspects of professional growth across seven days, including psychometric assessment and self-analysis, resume writing, group discussions, technical skill enhancement, LinkedIn profile optimization, personal interview preparation, and interview etiquette with mock interviews. Each session was designed to provide practical insights and hands-on learning aligned with current industry expectations.
The workshop proved to be highly beneficial in equipping participants with the necessary skills to face recruitment processes confidently and transition smoothly into the professional world. The initiative reflects GJIMT’s continued commitment to nurturing future-ready professionals.
