Fee Refund Policy

GJIMT follows the UGC Guidelines on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates (2018). Eligible students may receive a refund based on the date of withdrawal of admission, with up to 100% refund (minus ₹1,000 processing fee) if the withdrawal is made before the last date of admission.
