GJIMT Rotaract Club, NSS and NCC Wing Successfully Organizes Blood Donation Awareness Drive

On the occasion of World Blood Donation Day, observed globally to raise awareness about the need for safe blood and to thank voluntary blood donors, GJIMT organized a Blood Donation Awareness Drive on 12th June 2025 at its campus . The event was a joint initiative by the Rotaract Club, NSS Unit, and NCC wing of GJIMT.

The primary objective of the drive was to sensitize students and staff about the significance of voluntary blood donation in saving lives. Through interactive sessions, posters, and informative discussions, the campaign aimed to dispel myths associated with blood donation and highlight its health benefits.

20 dedicated volunteers from all three student bodies actively participated in organizing and executing the awareness activities. The initiative served as a platform to educate and motivate the campus community and also instilled a strong sense of social responsibility and humanitarian values among the participants.
