21st National Conference – GJ-NatConMITE 2025 held at GJIMT

The 21st National Conference – GJ-NatConMITE 2025 was successfully organized on June 6, 2025, at Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT). The theme of the conference was “India’s Economic Evolution: Balancing Global Competition, Innovation, and Sustainable Growth.”

The conference witnessed active participation from scholars, researchers, and academicians from across the country, with over 20 research presentations delivered during the technical sessions.

The Keynote Address was delivered by Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Dean Academics, GJIMT, who emphasized the role of innovation and sustainability in shaping India’s future economic landscape.

The Best Paper Award was conferred upon Ms. Ridhima Bedi, Research Scholar at Punjabi University, Patiala, for her paper titled: “Challenges and Barriers to ICT Implementation in Life Insurance Sector: A Dual Perspective of Employees and Customers.”

The conference was presided over by the Chairman and Director of GJIMT, who lauded the efforts of the presenters and organizing committee, and encouraged continued academic exchange on issues of national importance.

The event concluded on a high note, reinforcing the institute’s commitment to fostering research, innovation, and meaningful academic dialogue.
