World Senior Citizen Day Celebration

Rotaractors of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology visited “Old Age Home” Sector-15, Chandigarh to celebrate the World Senior Citizen Day. Around 40+ rotaractors visited the old age home to bring the smile on the faces of senior citizen and to seek their blessings.

The rotaractors invited all the inmates of the old age home at one place for the celebration. The ceremony started with cake cutting, and all the inmates joined the students. After the cake cutting ceremony, students played many musical games with the senior citizens. All the senior citizens actively participated in the games and sang their favorite songs.

The rotaractors performed many items for the senior citizen and made them to dance on their performances. All the senior citizens enjoyed a lot with the rotaracrors of Gian Jyoti and blessed the rotaractors with their good wishes. At the end of the celebration rotaractors distributed Poha and Juice to all the inmates.
