Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized a Workshop on Bibliometric Analysis to enhance participants’ understanding of research trends and scientific impact.
The session was conducted by Dr.Tejinderpal Singh, Associate Professor, University Business School, Panjab University, who shared practical insights into bibliometric techniques and tools.
The workshop covered key areas such as citation analysis, author and journal impact, and the use of tools like VOSviewer and BibExcel. Participants gained hands-on exposure to analyzing research data, identifying trends, and evaluating academic output.
A total of 27 students attended the workshop and actively participated, making it an insightful and engaging learning experience.
