Virtual Data Center Tour

The Department of Computer Applications, GJIMT, successfully organized a Virtual Tour to Deft Data Center on 15th October 2025 for the students of BCA V Semester as part of the curriculum for the subject Cloud Computing.

The session provided students with practical exposure to modern ICT tools and cloud infrastructure, bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.

Key highlights of the session included:

• A guided virtual tour of a professional data center
• An engaging discussion on cloud concepts and real-world implementations
• A short quiz to reinforce learning, with certificates awarded to the winners

The event witnessed active participation from 50 students and 3 faculty members. It proved to be an informative and interactive session that enhanced students’ understanding of Cloud Computing and Data Center Operations.
