Job Profile : 
 – As a DMIT at Reliance, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens – on the Store floor. Not only because that’s more fun, but also to support your colleagues. To achieve superb selling figures you know the importance of listening to your team’s ideas and helping them to develop their skills.

– The DMIT  we’re looking for needs to be very hands-on. You enjoy the fast pace of our business and a job where you make quick decisions and put them into practice. You’re a problem solver with a positive attitude. You’re also well organised and know how to motivate and inspire people around you.

– You run your department with excellent customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash registers. When you’re not in the store supporting your team, you develop sales strategies and merchandising presentations, and plan for campaigns and activities. You train, develop and assess the Associates, as well as organise and plan your department for success.
