GJIMT extended its community efforts with a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign organized on 22nd March 2025. The campaign focused on promoting menstrual health, eliminating stigma, and empowering women through education and access to hygiene essentials.
The team distributed sanitary pads and Venus razors to female students and staff members, ensuring immediate access to essential products. Informative sessions were also held to educate women from nearby communities on proper menstrual health management, including hygiene practices, myth-busting, and safe disposal techniques.
The campaign was supported by representatives from Procter & Gamble (P&G), who not only participated in the event but also completed their registration process, laying the foundation for future collaborations on hygiene and wellness initiatives.
This impactful initiative aimed to provide both practical support and knowledge, fostering confidence, self-care, and awareness among women. GJIMT continues to uphold its commitment to social responsibility and women empowerment through such meaningful programs.
