Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) celebrated the vibrant festival of Lohri with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit. The celebration brought together students, faculty, and staff to rejoice in the harvest festival symbolizing hope, gratitude, and togetherness.
The event began with the traditional lighting of the Lohri bonfire, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere across the campus. The celebrations were enriched with lively Bhangra and Gidda performances, folk music, and enthusiastic participation from the GJIMT community.
Traditional Lohri delicacies such as rewari, gajak, peanuts, and popcorn were distributed, adding to the festive charm.
The celebration witnessed active participation of students and faculty members and was organized collaboratively by the Cultural Club.
The Lohri celebration concluded on a joyful note, strengthening cultural bonds and leaving the campus filled with warmth, unity, and festive cheer.
