Indian Army Day Celebrations

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), Mohali, celebrated Indian Army Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour to honour the bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of the Indian Army. The event aimed to instil a deep sense of nationalism, discipline, and respect for the armed forces among students.

The programme featured patriotic speeches, motivational talks, and discussions highlighting the vital role of the Indian Army in safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and contributing to nation-building. NCC cadets actively led the celebrations, encouraging student participation and spreading awareness about the values of courage and service.

35 NCC Cadets and 5 faculty members participated in the event. The celebration was organized by the National Cadet Corps (NCC)Club.

The event concluded with a collective expression of gratitude towards the Indian Army, reaffirming GJIMT’s commitment to nurturing responsible, aware, and patriotic citizens.
