GJIMT Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026 – Internal Hackathon

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) successfully conducted the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026 – Internal Hackathon/Selection Round on 19 September 2026 at Lab–3. The event was organized by the IT Club, GJIMT in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Cell (IIC) to provide students with a platform to showcase innovative ideas, develop problem-solving skills, and present technology-driven solutions.

A total of nine teams participated in the internal hackathon and presented their ideas before the judging panel. The teams were evaluated on innovation, problem-solving approach, technical implementation, and presentation skills.

Results

• 1st Position: Team Threat Forge – BCA III & MBA III
• 2nd Position: Team Beast Forge – BCA III
• 3rd Position: Team Zee-Tech – BCA I

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and encouraged students to explore innovation, technology, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. The selected teams will proceed further as part of the Smart India Hackathon 2026 process.
