Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), through the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) in association with MY Bharat, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India, celebrated National Technology Day by organizing an insightful expert session on “Digital Transformations in India.” The session aimed to create awareness among students about India’s growing technological advancements, digital innovation, and emerging opportunities in the technology sector.
The programme highlighted India’s digital evolution, governance initiatives, technological innovations, and the role of technology in shaping the vision of Viksit Bharat. A short informative video showcasing India’s nuclear achievements and technological progress was also presented during the session, enhancing students’ understanding of the nation’s scientific and technological development.
The session proved to be informative and engaging, encouraging students to explore the impact of digital transformation across various sectors and motivating them to contribute towards innovation-driven growth. The event also promoted awareness regarding the importance of technology in nation-building and sustainable development.
A total of 55 students and 4 faculty members participated in the programme. The event concluded successfully with active participation and enthusiastic interaction from the attendees.
