GJIMT Hosts Hasta-La-Vista: A Memorable Students Party in the Year 2024

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) recently bid adieu to its final-year students while welcoming the new batch with its signature event, Hasta-La-Vista. The evening commenced with a delectable Hi-Tea and snacks, setting the tone for an evening filled with camaraderie and celebration.

The stage came alive with a myriad of performances, showcasing the diverse talents of GJIMT’s students. From the traditional fervour of Natti Dance and Bhangra to the contemporary beats of Bollywood and Freestyle, every act left the audience spellbound.

However, the highlight of the evening was the much-anticipated ramp walk, where students strutted with elegance and confidence, vying for prestigious titles. Among the final year post-graduate students, Mr. Sahil and Ms. Kajal Soni clinched the coveted Mr. & Ms. GJIMT titles, while Mr. Abhishek Mohal and Ms. Vareesha were crowned Mr. Handsome & Ms. Elegant, earning well-deserved accolades.

In the undergraduate category, Mr. Sumit Yadav and Ms. Loveleen emerged as Mr. & Ms. GJIMT from the postgraduate batch, with Mr. Vikramjeet and Ms. Damanpreet securing the Mr. Handsome & Ms. Elegant titles. Among the freshers, Mr. Edmund Asante and Ms. Kiranjot Kaur claimed the top honors, while Mr. Harshpreet and Ms. Komal dazzled the audience as Mr. Handsome & Ms. Elegant.

Recognizing academic excellence and extracurricular achievements, Dr. Aneet, the director of GJIMT, felicitated meritorious students and award winners. Their dedication and success served as inspiration to the entire GJIMT community.

As the festivities drew to a close, students savored a sumptuous lunch before hitting the dance floor for a pulsating DJ party, marking the end of a memorable evening filled with laughter, talent, and camaraderie. Hasta-La-Vista truly encapsulated the spirit of GJIMT, fostering bonds that will last a lifetime.
