The Training & Placement Cell of GJIMT organized an Expert Session on “Effective Negotiation Skills” in the Auditorium, with enthusiastic participation from BBA III, V and B.Com (Hons.) III, V students.
The session was delivered by Mr. Ishwar Singh, a seasoned soft skills professional with over two decades of rich industry experience in leadership roles with top organizations. He shared practical strategies, real-life examples, and interactive activities to help students understand the art of negotiation in both professional and personal contexts.
The session focused on building confidence, improving communication, and learning how to strike win-win outcomes, making it an insightful and career-oriented experience for all participants.
