As part of the ongoing Alma Reconnect series, GJIMT welcomed back two of its distinguished alumni, who shared their professional journeys and valuable insights with current students.
Mr. Gaurav Kaushal, Senior Sales Specialist at Signify Innovations (Philips India Pvt. Ltd.) and an MBA alumnus from the 2015–17 batch, spoke about his dynamic career in sales and marketing. He highlighted the importance of adaptability, resilience, and customer-centric strategies in today’s ever-evolving market. His session offered students practical career advice and emphasized the value of aligning with market needs and business goals.
Joining him was Mr. Arijeet Das, a BCA alumnus from the 2011–14 batch, currently working in Data Mining and Operations at Archilive Solutions Ltd. He focused on the increasing role of data in business decision-making and urged students to build strong analytical and technical skills. He also stressed the need to stay informed about emerging technologies to remain competitive in the industry.
The session served as a bridge between past and present, inspiring students with real-world experiences and encouraging them to pursue excellence in their respective fields. GJIMT continues to nurture strong alumni connections that add immense value to its academic and professional ecosystem.
