Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organised Convocation 2026 on 26th September 2026 with academic dignity and enthusiasm. The ceremony, organised by the Convocation Organizing Committee, celebrated the successful completion of programmes by students from the 2020–2025 graduating batches. The occasion marked an important milestone in the academic journey of the graduating students and provided an opportunity to recognise their dedication, perseverance and achievements.
The ceremony was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Arvind Kumar Bansal, Vice Chancellor, I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), as the Chief Guest, and Dr.Navdeepak Singh, Registrar, IKGPTU, as the Guest of Honour. Their presence added academic significance to the occasion and inspired the graduating students as they prepared to embark on their professional journeys.
A total of 528 students participated in the convocation, comprising 346 undergraduate and 182 postgraduate students. Degrees were conferred upon the graduating students, marking the culmination of their years of academic learning, hard work and personal growth.
The occasion also recognised academic excellence, with 21 students receiving the Roll of Honour for outstanding academic performance. Among them, 2 students emerged as University Toppers, bringing distinction and pride to the institution. The recognition reflected the commitment of the graduating students towards academic excellence and consistent performance.
The convocation concluded with felicitations and photography, creating memorable moments for the graduating students.
