GJIMT NCC Cadet Wins Silver Medal at National-Level Shooting Championship

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) added another feather to its cap as NCC Cadet Sahil Choudhary brought laurels to the institution by securing the Silver Medal (2nd Position) in the Open Prone Category at the prestigious Inter Group Shooting Competition Camp (IGSSC) 2026, organized by the NCC Directorate Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh (PHHP&C).

The championship was held from 7 June to 16 June 2026 and witnessed participation from eight NCC groups.

Representing the Patiala Group, Cadet SahilChoudhary displayed exceptional marksmanship, discipline, and dedication to achieve this remarkable feat at the national level.

This outstanding accomplishment is a matter of pride for GJIMT and reflects the institution’s commitment to nurturing excellence in co-curricular and leadership activities.
