Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), through the Career Guidance and Development Cell, successfully organized a focused career guidance session titled “Building Your HR Career: Pathways, Skills, and Opportunities.”
The session aimed to provide students with clarity on career pathways in Human Resource Management, essential skills required in the HR domain, and emerging opportunities in the field. The interactive discussion helped students gain practical insights into aligning their academic learning with industry expectations.
A total of 52 MBA II students actively participated in the session, along with 5 faculty members, making the interaction engaging and meaningful. The session proved beneficial in motivating students to explore HR as a dynamic and rewarding career option.
