The Rotaract Club of GJIMT, under the banner of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), successfully conducted a Shoe Donation Drive at Daun Village as part of the institute’s community outreach initiatives. The drive aimed to bring comfort and relief to the underprivileged, while also fostering values of kindness, compassion, and social responsibility among students.
A total of 40 students, including B.Com volunteers and Rotaract members, actively participated in the initiative. From collecting and sorting to distributing shoes, the students worked with dedication to ensure the drive’s smooth execution and meaningful impact.
The smiles and gratitude expressed by the beneficiaries reflected the true success of the initiative. For the students, the activity was a deeply enriching experience, instilling empathy and reinforcing the joy of giving back to the community.
