GJIMT NCC Cadets Commemorate Kargil Vijay Diwas with Patriotism and Pride

To honor the courage and sacrifice of India’s armed forces, the NCC cadets of GJIMT organized a heartfelt Kargil Vijay Diwas Ceremony on campus.

The event began with a formal guard of honour, as cadets stood in salute to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives during the 1999 Kargil conflict. This was followed by patriotic speeches, where cadets reflected on stories of valor and the enduring spirit of national service.

Faculty members appreciated the commitment of the GJIMT NCC unit in keeping the spirit of patriotism alive among students. The event served as a reminder of the vital role youth can play in upholding the legacy of the nation’s heroes.

The program concluded with the National Anthem and a pledge by the cadets to remain dedicated to the nation’s ideals of unity, sacrifice, and service.
