To commemorate World Wildlife Day, the Eco Club of GJIMT organized a special film screening of the animated movie WALL E in the college auditorium. The event was attended by students of BBA-II and BCA-II and aimed at raising awareness about environmental conservation and sustainability.
The film beautifully highlighted important environmental themes such as waste management, human impact on the environment, and global environmental risks. Through its engaging storyline, the screening encouraged students to reflect on the importance of protecting nature and adopting responsible environmental practices.
The content of the movie closely aligns with the Environmental Studies component of the students’ curriculum, making the activity both educational and enjoyable. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 65 students making it a meaningful observance of World Wildlife Day.
