The Research & Development Cell (RDC) at Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) nurtures a culture of innovation, inquiry, and academic excellence. • Publication & Knowledge Dissemination: Facilitates publication in reputed national and international journals. The RDC also publishes Gyan Management, a biannual international refereed journal, to showcase cutting-edge research and ideas.
• Workshops & Seminars: Organizes events to enhance research skills, methodology, and exposure to emerging trends in management, technology, and allied disciplines.
