Lessons of Management by GJIMT Alumnus

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT) organized an insightful interactive session titled “Lessons of Management from an Immensely Successful Alumnus” for students of management programs. The session aimed to inspire students through real-life entrepreneurial experiences and practical management insights.

The session was delivered byan alumnus of MBA Batch 2010–2012 Mr. MohitSingla, Director, RolsmedPharma, who shared valuable lessons from his professional journey and startup experiences. He encouraged students to stay focused, develop leadership qualities, and remain resilient while pursuing their career goals.

During the session, students actively interacted with the speaker and gained a better understanding of entrepreneurship, decision-making, and the challenges involved in building a successful venture. As a gesture of strong alumni connect, Mr. MohitSingla also donated health products to the Rotaract Club, reflecting his continued association and support for his alma mater.
