Diwali Celebration at GJIMT

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology, Phase-2, Mohali, celebrated the Festival of Lights — Diwali with immense joy, enthusiasm, and festive fervour. Organized under the Cultural Club, the celebration brought together students and faculty in a vibrant display of culture, creativity, and togetherness.

The entire campus was beautifully decorated with lights, diyas, and colorfulrangolis that created a warm and joyous atmosphere. The Sports area was transformed into a lively fair with food and beverage stalls, handicraft displays, and fun game zones, adding to the festive charm.

Students showcased their artistic and entrepreneurial skills through handmade products, including designer lamps, home décor items, jewelry, and apparel, reflecting innovation and sustainable creativity. The event also featured several entertainment activities such as tambola, ludo, and musical chairs, which brought smiles and laughter all around.

The celebration saw the participation of students and faculty members, making it a truly collaborative and spirited occasion. The festivities concluded with everyone exchanging Diwali greetings, celebrating the essence of light over darkness and joy over despair.
