At GJIMT, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all our students. In line with the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009, the institute has established an Anti-Ragging Committee to prevent, prohibit, and promptly address any instance of ragging on campus.
What is Ragging?
As per UGC regulations, ragging includes any conduct—by words spoken or written, or by an act—that causes teasing, annoyance, discomfort, psychological harm, or physical injury to a student. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and is treated as a criminal offence.
