IT Club of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology organized a Technical Talk on Latest Trends in Information Technology at its Campus in Phase-2, Mohali. Mr. Daman Preet Singh, a Senior Test Analyst at FIS Global, Mohali was the Keynote Speaker on the occassion. The session was attended by MCA & BCA students of GJIMT.
Mr. Daman Preet Singh, a Senior Test Analyst at FIS Global, Mohali during the session aware the students about the different options available in the IT Industry like PHP, dot net, Testing, Cloud Computing, Mobile Computing and Applications, Big Data Analytics, Automation etc. He also gave suggestions and tips to students that how to prepare for the technical Interview being a student of BCA & MCA.
Mr. Singh also talked about Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Cyber Privacy and Securitry, Internet of Things and Career Options in Information Technology. The growth in this industry and the projected technology movements call for more workers who are qualified to contribute to data mining or even cloud computing. Information technology is steadily progressing and opening new possibilities for careers. For 2019 and beyond, the latest trends in information technology will produce new opportunities for management, support, development, and more in companies, He added.
The session ended with Q&A round, in which students put their queries and get answered by Mr. Daman Preet Singh. Students were happy after clearing their doubts.
