In pursuance of UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of sexual harassment of womenemployees and students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015 read with SexualHarassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, theInternal Complaints Committee (ICC)/ Sexual Harassment committee of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology is constituted
1. To spread mindfulness about gender related issues and working of the Internal Complaints Committee.
2. To manage the complaints related to sexual provocation at work place.
The College has a zero resistance policy towards inappropriate behavior and is proactively dedicated to give a safe helpful work and scholarly environment to the students and employees. We at Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology are incredibly aware of issues relating to any sort of badgering and gender sensitivity. Any person oppressed in this matter may approach any member of the Committee against inappropriate behavior or gender discrimination.
