GJIMT organised an Industrial Visit to Auro Textiles – Weaving Division, a unit of Vardhman Textiles Ltd., Baddi, under the coordination of the Career Guidance and Development Cell. A total of 51 students from MBA I and MBA III participated in the visit and gained valuable exposure to the operations and working environment of the textile industry.
During the visit, students interacted with industry professionals, including Mr. Atul Chandel (Human Resource Department) and Mr. Satish (HR Operations). They visited various departments and the plant floor, gaining practical insights into weaving, spinning and textile processing operations.
The visit also provided students with an opportunity to understand industrial processes, workplace practices and career opportunities in the textile sector. The practical exposure helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry operations, making the visit an enriching learning experience.
