Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology (GJIMT) was established under the aegis of Gian Jyoti Educational Society (GJES) in the year 1998. GJIMT is approved by the All-India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, India and affiliated to I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), Kapurthala, Punjab, India. GJIMT is NAAC accredited and is a pioneer in innovative academic and practical training of students of MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA and B.Com (Hons) Courses. We invite original research papers, conceptual papers, and case studies from academicians, research scholars, students, and industry professionals that align with the theme Globalizing Indian Wisdom: IKS in the Contemporary World.

• Papers must be original and unpublished.
• Abstract length: 250–300 words.
• Full paper length: Maximum 6,000 words, APA style.
• Similarity Index ≤ 10%

• Double-blind peer review.

Selected papers will be considered for publication in ISBN proceedings or peer-reviewed journals.
